And then it closes. One sign-up gives one alert, the one they read before saying yes, and we never write to them about it again. That is what makes this a promise and not a mailing list.
Beside each one is how many people asked for it and how many opened your page. That is where our numbers stop: the link inside the alert goes out as yours, unwrapped and never routed through us, so whether anybody pressed it once it reached their phone is between them and you.

Weeks later, this is what lands on their phone.
Your sentence goes out quoted and word for word, the same one they read before saying yes. We cannot rewrite it: an approved alert does not take a new text, which is the whole point of the review.
Above it goes what our reviewer found on the other side of your link. After a month, a sentence written in the future («it is at 199, run») says when, not what, so the title is what makes them recognise the thing they were waiting for.
Your link goes out whole: your address, your affiliate tag, no wrapper and no redirect of ours. Under it, three lines of small print: who sponsors it, the day they asked for it, and how to stop. Nothing else: no buttons of ours, no second offer, nothing else to sell them.
